Talk That Candle Talk

  Another scent I think would be nice all year round. The boyfriend thought I was making pancakes when he walked in. It is a typical sweet scent with more maple/brown sugar/ vanilla notes. I would repurchase it if it comes back. I would appreciate this in a larger candle format as well.  4 out of 5 candlelights 

  $1.10 @ Walmart If you like lemon, you'll like this. Not as much sugar as you might expect. For the price, this is a pleasant scent and a little cheaper than the Scentsationals version. Mainstay melts are small so if you really like the smell, the candle could be a better choice. 3.5 out of 5 candlelights 

 Not as sweet as you may think Price: $2 at Walmart The lemon balances the icing scent very well. It's just the right amount of sugar with fresh lemon. I absolutely love citrus scents for the home. One of my favorite citrus scents to date. All-year-round wax melt. Strong throw that fades to medium. This is a safe pick for a gift as well.  4 out of 5 candlelights 

  Sale Price: $2.00 at Walmart This was very light. If you buy Febreze light, this is the wax melt for you. A great scent but the cheesecake scent takes over the berries. A very subtle, lightly sweet scent. 3.5 out of 5 candlelights 

 Better Homes and Gardens Blackberry Sangria Wax Melt Review $4.87 Walmart   A pricier set of melts but I would buy again/ try other scents. There are at least 10 pieces of wax and decently sized. Sweet but not overwhelming. Strong notes of blackberry, some blueberry notes as well. I would order this drink in real life. The shapes of the wax are very cute and I would like to see more of that.   4 out of 5 candlelights 

  Better Homes and Gardens Lavender Lemonade Wax Melt  Price ~$2.00 at Walmart Scent Notes- Lemon Sugar, Pineapple Water, Lavender Melon and Vanilla Scent This smells like a summer drink you would get served at a luxury beachfront spa. The lemon note is subtle, not sour. It does smell like the name says it does. Didn’t notice too much pineapple but I guess that’s why they said “pineapple water” A sweeter lavender scent but is not intense. I would think about getting this one again.   3.9 out of 5 candle lights

 Mainstays At the Fair Wax Melt Review $1.00 Churros, Brown Sugar, Funnel Cake   Absolutely give this a try if any of the notes interest you. A strong throw for a dollar. I would buy these in a larger side. It made my living room smell like fresh cinnamon sugar donuts were actually being fried. I’ve never had a churro before but I absolutely want one now. One of the best of the mainstays collection   4.9 out of 5 candlelights

Better Home and Gardens Sugared Lavender Twist Fragrance Oil/ Plugin Review $3.37 at Walmart   I decided to try these for an alternative to the bath and body works ones. I do really like those but not at 5 for $35. I only buy those on sale for $3.50 or less these days. They’re a little too inconsistent throw wise to pay full price. This one has lasted for about eight weeks! As for the scent, for the most part is accurate to the name. A sweet lavender with light citrus, maybe some berry notes in there. I really enjoyed the scent and would get it again. You can also get this in a wax melt.   4.7 out of 5 candle lights

Goose Creek Wax Melt Wishlist Goose Creek is the number one brand on my list to try. Today I want to go over a few melts I would pick up in order.   Ciderhouse Donut Wax Melt Sale Price: $3 Notes: Fried Donut, Warm Cider, Apple, Sugar & Vanilla Doughnuts are one of my favorite treats, especially fried ones. I would like to eat this donut and have this smell in my apartment as well. I’m surprised they’re not more donut scent options out there.
